The Klingenstein Center is seeking a Program and Event Manager to help the center's executive director develop and manage events, courseload, and collaboration across teams. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conferences: Attend two industry-specific conferences annually. Manage multiple project tasks, including planning event, liaising with external collaborators and guest speakers, and supporting alumni related efforts. Produce presentations for Executive Director to present at conferences. Review research findings and data reports to analyze data and share visualizations for research teams. Prepare collaterals for distribution at off-site marketing events. Instructional Support: Develop team meeting agendas and lead meetings Provide classroom support for faculty members Delegate the review of all incoming correspondence, via mail and email. Serve the liaison for the Canvas learning system.
