| The temporary part-time (up to 19 hrs/week) Enrollment Research Analyst will provide critical support to the Enrollment Research and Strategy Office. This role, designed for 3-6 months with a possibility of extension, is essential to maintaining data integrity, enabling informed decision-making, and ensuring continuity of analytical insights and operational support.
Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Research and Strategy, the part-time interim analyst will assist with key data-related responsibilities, ensuring continuity of essential reporting, maintaining automated queries, and assessing integration between the College’s student information systems. This role also supports the evaluation and optimization of Slate (application system) and Banner (student information system) processes to enhance operational efficiency. |

The Teachers College Postdoctoral Fellowship in Community Mental Health and School-Based Innovation

| Teachers College, Columbia University is building a new, dynamic, and collaborative initiative focused on the mental health and well-being of children and adolescents in communities and schools. This innovation hub will be dedicated to the design and implementation of effective, sustainable approaches to mental health-related prevention and intervention in partnership with school districts and other local constituencies. As such, this initiative will ultimately catalyze a pipeline that increases the number of practitioners and researchers who are together positioned to transform mental health services and prevention.
We are seeking a tenacious, visionary scholar to work with us as the inaugural post-doctoral fellow in what will ultimately be an ongoing post-doctoral cohort network. As such, the incoming fellow will have the opportunity to co-design the start-up phase of this initiative with our team as we work at the intersection of practice and research. The post-doc will pursue research under the mentorship of the initiative’s core faculty, will play a major role in related grant-writing and fundraising efforts, and will help mentor and supervise Teachers College graduate students who join the work of the hub. |

| The Community College Research Center (CCRC) at Teachers College, Columbia University, studies community colleges because they provide critical access to postsecondary education and are uniquely positioned to promote equity and social mobility in the United States. Our mission is to conduct research that helps these institutions strengthen opportunities and improve outcomes for their students, particularly those from underserved populations.
CCRC is seeking a full-time Senior Research Assistant to support quantitative research on a range of projects related to access, success, and funding of postsecondary education, including projects related to socioeconomic mobility at the college-to-work transition. The position’s responsibilities include supporting senior staff, participating in data collection, management, and analysis, and assisting in the preparation of project-related reports, presentations, and publications. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience working with large datasets, have a strong background in quantitative methods, and have demonstrated skills using data analytic tools such as Stata, Python, and R. Prior experience in project management is strongly desired.
