TCCS (Teachers College Community School) is seeking a Spanish instructor to teach and plan weekly Spanish classes for 12 hours per week (teach 6 classes, one-hour each to grades 4-7, plus 6 hours of planning time) for the 2026-2027 NYC Public School year. The schedule is flexible, but candidates must be available to teach between 8:30 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. at least three days a week. TCCS was established by Teachers College and the New York City Department of Education as a non-selective, public, demonstration PreK-8 school with a formal affiliation with TC. Opened in 2011, the school now serves pre-Kindergarten through eighth grades. Grades 3-8 are located at 168 Morningside Avenue; Grades PreK-2 are located at 223 W 132nd Street.
