| The TML Program is hiring an Instructor to teach MSTU 5013: Theory and Programming of Interactive Media (Lab). This hands-on lab section complements the lecture-based MSTU 5003 and supports students’ development as novice programmers and interactive media designers. Responsibilities include facilitating weekly synchronous online lab sessions, offering individualized guidance, assessing work, and collaborating with the lecture team. Strong teaching experience in programming is required, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, and AI tools is strongly preferred. |

| The Painter (mechanic) derives authority from and reports to the Painter Foreman, Supervisor of
Mechanical Maintenance, Assistant to the Director of Facilities and Director of Facilities.
Receive work assignments from his immediate supervisor and carry them out in a professional
manner• Responsible for seeing that work areas are properly protected, covered with deep cloths,
plastic or other suitable material and clean up on a daily basis.
• Make every effort to keep dust and debris down to the lowest level possible.
• Avoid painting, locks receptacles etc. and question superiors re: any questionable
situation or irregularity.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations of the College, the State Insurance Fund and
OSHA, paying particular attention to other persons in the area, proper ventilation, an the
condition of ladders and scaffolding.
• Clean all dirt and debris from the job site as possible, and leave the area broom-clean and
dus• Two years experience or training in painting and related skills such as plastering,
patching, staining, refinishing wood work, and cement work.
• Knowledgeable of paint products and methods of application as well as products relating
to surface preparation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds without accommodation.
• Able to move and climb ladders up to twenty-five feet in height.ted upon completion of the assignment.
• Be responsive and supportive of the College Facilities' efforts to save energy and
minimize waste..
5 years experience in painter, plastering, patching and fine staining of wood work.
Project management skills
Supervising a crew of of 2 or more people
Creating and reviewing a scope for a project |

The Classroom Technology Specialist Assistant will be responsible for the following:
-Assist Faculty with using classroom technology.
-Provide classroom related technical support.
-Set-up video capturing and conferencing cameras, webcams and microphones.
-Troubleshoot and resolve all classroom technical, web conferencing, and capturing issues. -Assist Media Service senior Technologists with the deployment of computers (both software/hardware) for classroom, Department & Event space installations.
-Maintain and replace classroom related hardware components and devices.
-Set-up PA systems, microphones and digital audio recording devices.
-Create and prepare technical materials for both classroom and internal use.
-Train all work-study Media Technicians on basic classroom set-ups, web conferencing and capturing procedures. |
