This position is for a hands-on, technical Salesforce Developer who is familiar with the demands associated with the development of building applications on the Salesforce platform and integrating third party applications, who can stay on top of the latest developments in this field and who can effectively collaborate with other application development teams to deliver cross-platform solutions. You will: * Work autonomously and collaboratively to design and implement project deliverables in Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities and integrations to/from Salesforce Service Cloud. * Build custom Salesforce.com and Force.com solutions that support important functionality used by internal teams and students at Teachers College. * Build for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on flexibility and maintainability * Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support * Conduct demonstration and training presentations * Ensure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to create an effective control environment

The Digital Futures Institute (DFI) seeks to hire an Instructional Support Associate-Design Education. In this part-time role, the Instructional Support Associate-Design Education will mainly support Teachers College faculty and students in working with multimodal design research.
Instructional Support Associate-Technology Team	New York
The Digital Futures Institute (DFI) at Teachers College, Columbia University seeks an Instructional Support Associate (ISA) for the Technology Team to help maintain its documentation and support technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly guides, test new software with a critical eye, and contribute to keeping DFI’s tech operations running smoothly. This is a hybrid position for 19 hours/week and is hired on a semester basis.
