The Art and Art Education Program is seeking an eligible work study student who can assist the Art Ed Staff Team for up to 15 hours a week. Responsibilities include administrative and clerical support, assistance with website editing, and additional duties as assigned.

Community Impact seeks to fill the following off-campus Federal Work Study student positions for the '22-23 academic year.
College Work Study, Financial Aid Student Assistant
• Assist with administrative operations within the Office of Financial Aid including scanning, copying, data entry and other special projects as assigned
• Assist with communicating general financial aid student inquiries via the phone, e-mail and in-person
• Assist with the daily operations in the Office of Financial Aid welcome center including staff coverage, handling sensitive student documents and re-directing student inquiries to other offices and department liaisons as necessary
Our office looking to hire as soon as possible for students with Summer 2022 and Fall 2013 availability. We would highly prefer individuals with full Monday, Wednesday and Thursday availability. Based on performance, we would also like the individual to continue into the Spring 2023 semester. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - particularly with Excel data sheets, formatting and formulas
Professional, patient and friendly demeanor; able to handle high volumes of student traffic and inquiries during office hours

College Work Study: Continuing Professional Studies
This college work study position will support the overall administration of the Continuing Professional Studies (CPS)department. The workstudy will support the office by helping us to creatively get the word out about CPS programs through social media, listservs, and liaising with potential partner organizations. The workstudy will also assist with financial collections, certificate generation, and participant communications throughout the lifecycle of our programs. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and creative, with an interest in bringing TC's theory to practice.

TCCS Classroom Assistants (Work Study)
-Assist music or Spanish teachers with tasks before classes, classroom management and student support during classes, and tidying up at the end of classes
-Actively participate in classroom activities alongside students
-Communicate proactively and regularly with teachers
-For the upper grades, have a strong presence in the classroom to reinforce classroom expectations and encourage students to stay on task
-Monitor students and manage behavior in the cafeteria, during recess, or bathroom breaks
-Encourage students to choose healthy meal options and assist them during lunch as needed
-Assist strings (music) after-school ELO sessions

College Work Study (Social Media) - Biobehavioral Sciences Department
The student will coordinate and communicate with administration, program heads within BBS to develop content for departments' Twitter, newsletter, Instagram, and other social media platforms. The student will also assist in establishing communication with the BBS student population to create interactive events via social media, and assist with the advertisement of internal BBS events.
