The XMA curriculum, grounded in relevant theory and research, has a specific emphasis on application in its delivery to a diverse cohort of mid- to senior-level executives. In this approach, theory and research inform practice, and practice informs theory and research. The program values adjunct faculty who bring significant professional experience to the classroom.
