Reporting directly to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, this position manages the daily operations of the Office of the Vice President while supporting executive communications, strategic initiatives, Board activities, donor engagement, and high-level institutional priorities. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills, demonstrate sound judgment and discretion, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This role serves as a key liaison with trustees, donors, alumni, faculty, College leadership, and external partners, helping advance the mission and strategic priorities of Teachers College through effective executive support and operational excellence.
