The Laurie M. Tisch Center of Food, Education and Policy in the Program of Nutrition is seeking three Research Assistants (RA) to assist in conducting research on the impact of de-implementation Healthy Free School Meals in New York State. Waivers providing free school meals at the start of the pandemic ended in fall 2022. This left ~726,000 children without access to free meals in NYS. We will be exploring the impact on students, families and school districts.
