The Dean Hope Center for Educational and Psychological Services is the training clinic for graduate students from the clinical, counseling, school psychology, and reading programs. The work-study will assist graduate students and clients from the community coming to receive services at the center.

Responsibilities include:

• Receptionist duties such as heavy phones, faxing, duplicating etc.
• Keep track of data/filling system
• Interact with students, clients and professors
• Handling client payments
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a high volume setting
• Complete other duties as assigned


• Enrollment in a TC Program
• Office experience, excellent organization/clerical skills and outreach
• Excellent telephone and typing skills
• Ability to relate well with adults, children and families
• Experience working in community setting preferred
• Must be able to work independently and show initiative
• Microsoft Word and Internet experience
• Working knowledge of TC community helpful but not required

Must have been awarded federal work-study for the term in which a work-study position is being sought.

Must be a student matriculated in a TC degree program.

 Must be taking at least 6 credits (or equivalent, which includes full-time equivalent offerings - HBSK 6480, CCPJ 6480, CCPX 6480, or any 8900 course).

Full-time TC employees are not eligible for this position.

Must be able to abide by the Student Confidentiality Agreement.

Must be able to abide by the Student Privacy Requirements.
